What is our return policy?

We allow all merchandise, with original receipt or packing slip, to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit. All sales are final on clearance items.

Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase will be in the form of a gift card at the current retail price. Items returned after 90 days of purchase will not be accepted. If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us immediately. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

We are unable to process exchanges. If you need a different item from the one you purchased, you will need to return your item and place a new order.

Items with Custom Embroidery

All sales are final and customized/personalized items cannot be returned. No refunds, merchandise credits or exchanges will be given.

Third Party/Manufacturer Direct Returns

If you wish to return an item that is shipped directly from a third party, please reference your packing slip for return instructions. Returns from a third party must be initiated within 30 days of your item's delivery date. If you do not have your packing slip, please follow the instructions below:

1) Contact the Customer Care Department by Contact Us Form

2) Provide us with the order number, item you are returning, and the reason for the return

3) Once we receive this information, we will review the request and provide further instructions

Note: Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed. All customized, personalized and game-used items cannot be returned.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship hats back to the returns department, are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a postal receipt in your return package.

No Receipt or Packing Slip

Without a receipt or packing slip, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit in the form of a gift card. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase date will be in the form of a gift card and will be returned at the current retail price.
